



Ichie offers Kamameshi rice dishes that are not available in other restaurants, using horse crabs,scallops, salmon roe and other ingredients from Hokkaido as well as limited-time Kamameshi using fresh seasonal ingredients.
Kamameshi is rice topped with seafood, vegetables and meat and cooked with soy sauce,broth and other seasonings in a single-serving iron pot.
At Ichie, you can choose from a total of 24 different types of variety of Kamameshi rice dishes.
In order to serve you freshly-cooked hot Kamameshi, rice is cooked individually for each order,so it will take about 30 minutes before your Kamameshi is ready. We appreciate your understanding.
In addition to Kamameshi, we also offer a la carte dishes made from seasonal Hokkaido ingredients to delight your dinner.
